IDENTIFY
Brokers and/or Referrals that provide us with targeted companies must complete NCNDA to ensure non-compete and confidentiality with all parties involved. Followed by full disclosure of the “targeted company’s” information as per our Information Memorandum. This will expedite our KYC and basic due diligence.
Communication
All parties will exchange full disclosure of information for further exchange of concerns and negotiation.
Closure
Engagement Letter will be issued and payment upon the engagement is accepted.
Review
Monthly reports will be provided to the client for a period of 6 months upon engagement; to ensure that we leave no window of opportunities behind, seek more options for our clients with their main objectives in mind.
